After receiving a pamphlet in the local newspaper, a 2.5' WD 2TB hard drive was advertised for R900. Well after enquiring at this store on Saturday, the sales person on the floor said to me that they were out of stock. After enquiring at another store, it was said that the advert had a printing error. Why spend so much money on advertising and draw the people to your store to find out they are out of stock or it was a printing error. If they specials were "sold out", why not issue a "rain check" slip for the customer to make the purchase once the stock arrives at the same special price. Well as far as a printing error... what about "Incredible Corruption" Surely the goods must be made available to the customer at the advertised price or will the printing error will always win this lame battle. I just wish this store would get serious sales personal and a manger on the floor. This is not my first bad experience with this store
