Too bad I can't select more than on option under the "nature of complaint" tab.
I also wanted to select: Breach of contract, Feedback/responses and passing the buck.
Like so many people on this site I have been struggling with Autopage & their total lack of interrest in terms of resolving my issue with my cell phone (B/B 9800 IMEI 357606040733266). The unit in question has been in for repairs months now & still Autopage has not made any commitment in terms of how they are going to resolve my case.
Comments like "Autopage is a disgrace", "Dealing with a brick wall", "bad/shocking/terrible service" do not suprise me at all when dealing with this company. These are comments & sentiments I share for the last 4 months.
My last e-mail communication to Autopage (sent 10/09/2013) has not even had the merit of a response as yet, never mind a resolution. I choose not to "HelloPeter" them before, as I believed dealing with the party directly would see the matter resolved quicker - was I in for a surprise.
Clearly you (Autopage) like airing your dirty laundry in public.
So, Autopage, another complaint for you to deal with on your already growing list of dissatisfied customers.
