Vodacom4me and prepaid centre - Lost funds R500

During 2013/10/27 I made two airtime purchases for a pay as you go sim card to the value of more than R500.00 and made numerous attempts to convert these airtime amounts to data bundles.

This was all to no avail with various queries being displayed after I eventually gained access to the vodacom4me website and my account.

One of the consultants went as far as trying to explain to me that I used more tha R200 while checking 10 e-mails and sending 3 e-mails (time approximately 10 to 20 minutes).
After the second purchase of airtime I could once again not purchase data bundles on the vodacom4me website. I was on the line with one of their consultants for approximately 8 minutes (during which time an amount of approximately R300 dissapeared from my vodacom pay as you go account!

In all then a total of more than R500 dissapeared from my vodacom account in a time span of approximately 40 minutes while doing nothing else than checking e-mails and trying to sort out this account nightmare with vodacom on 111 (Customer Care number).

The Customer care centre is not capable of assisting me and the alternative number given to me by them (082155) is an automated system which was of no use.
