Bullied into paying for a phone never received!

My mother (Mrs M S Martheze, ID: 5402210061084) is a pensioner. Telkom 8ta delivered a phone on 21/04/2011 at her home and she didn't want to take it. She signed on the documents that she is returning it. She kept the documents and proof. Order# MT-282097-1, W/bil#ELIP02-0012899, Sim Tel number: 0814316988. Ever since 2011 for the last 2 years Telkom is forcing my mom to pay R249.78. They just can not understand that she didn't take the phone. They even started to threaten her that she will be handed over to New Debt. She didn't want her name to get listed negatively so she went and paid this R250.00 for nothing. We have the proof of the EFT made on 25/09/2013. And the BEST part of this all is that they still keep on phoning her for the money. Now they cant understand that it was paid either. What the is going on? I want this money refunded to my mother! immediately! This is shocking!!
