Disappointed at Outsurance no feedback from advisor. I had forwarded all required documentation to Outsurance yet when i call to enquire of the progress; i am told that 2 x docs are outstanding. I argued that it was all received by the outsurance advisor and receipt of such acknowledged.
I am calling for feedback instead of the advisor calling me.
