Upgrade of cellphones

We went to the Vodashop is Springs, the consultant very willing to assist, advised that the handset we wanted to up grade to after we wanted to take out an additional contract on top of the 6 contract we already have, this is a lot of business for vodacom. He however advised that the handset we wanted was out of stock and he would have to order it. We where more than willing to wait a week for this. However a few days has passed and he advised that he was unable to get the white blackberries we have request we then settled again and said the black once are fine. When we went to go and collect the handset he advised that he had SOLD it to other customers. This is not acceptable as we had already confirmed that we would come and collect it over the weekend.

We than again said its fine just get other phones than. Today he advised that he is unable to get handset.
This is completely unacceptable. Why make promises which can not be kept. We are very unhappy with the service received by vodacom.

And on top of this when we qualified to upgrade they could not even prescribed proper telephones we wished for, and when we eventually saw these handset they could not provide to us.
