I terminated my contract in March for poor and pathetic service. I paid all the necessary funds. 5 Months later I get a call from the legal department that I still owe money and that they will take legal action unless I pay them in 5 days!! Cell C Customer Care claims that I did not pay the last instalment.. I emailed through the proof of payment and I'm still waiting for feedback! This is unacceptable!! I need a GOOD explanation for this humiliation??!!
