During August i logged a call with Telkom for a faulty line, and they told me the cables have been since then did not receive any feedback from them. Today i called the agent told me that its a high risk area to my suprise when i open the line with telkom they never informed me about that, now they telling me that they have to replace with some wireless technology but they dont even bother to inform or sms us as customers big company like Telkom with no service to their customers
