When I signed up for my 2 year cell and data contract I was assured that I would receive a 3G signal.
For the first 12 months I received a 3G signal. For the past 7 months the signal has been so erratic I have been unable to use my phone or modem for long periods in the day. I must have phoned at least 10 times about this and each time I was told that the problem would be "escalated". Nothing, niks, nada. Once, in May this year, I managed to lodge an official complaint (Reference No 0053535) on their website and guess what? Nothing, niks, nada. They did not even bother to acknowledge my problem.
These guys make Telkom look great. Never, ever again
