At the MTN shop in Woodlands I did my upgrade to a AnyTime 100, where the consultant told me that once your limit is reached then it's reached, no more phone calls or anything else.
But when I received my bill, it was R 3000 due to Internet usage, so MTN never sent me a notification which should've notified me that I've reached my limit. I won't be able to pay this insane amount.
My verdict is - reverse the debit orders and cancel my subscription with MTN forever and move on to the next mobile service provider.
