I have been a Nashua Mobile client for going on 13 years. Today I needed them to assist me and after speaking to 8 different people no assistance is forthcoming even though I want to upgrade my package and give them MORE money. I cannot believe that in todays ago of customer service an organisation such as Nashuamobile are prepared to have a client port to another organisation instead of assisting. Crazy!!
