AUTOPAGE FAILS THE TEST AGAIN!!

After 6 weeks my complaint has still not been resolved. After my hellopeter complaint on 8 October, Jason Stols contacted me and comfirmed in writing: "There is a further credit in process of R649.96 which will offset from the R1, 902.04 on the account and only the R1252.08 will be outstanding". However, on 18 October and again on 21 October, I received an SMS confirming that a credit of only R304.84 was processed!!!

This confirms the disregard of any customer services and complete incompetence from Autopage Cellular.

Any amount different to the confirmed amount of R1252.08 to be deducted on 1 November 2013 will be unlawful and my lawyer will officially take over and deal with the dispute on a completely different level.

Another service matter: After 3 requests for a cancellation form to be sent to me to cancel one of my other contracts expiring at the end of the year I have still not received anything! I was told to phone the cancellation department. I will definitely not phone the cancellation department. I want everything in writing! I have absolutely no trust in any of Autopage promises. They are an utter disgrace with no integrity!
