Both lines suspended for a R152 - 4 days b4 payday

I'm so f&$ked OFF at Vodacom, I don't even know where to start.

So my wife and I had a date night planned for last night. I will drop our kid off at my moms and we meet up at Canal Walk after work. Got to Canal Walk at 5pm, tried calling my wife only to find both (and my wife uses the other phone) my lines were suspended AT 5PM WHEN THE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT WENT HOME FOR THE DAY AND NO-ONE CAN HELP ME TILL THE NEXT DAY!???

Needless to say, we struggled to find each other, we were late for our movie, the mood was spoilt! Knowing that we spend about R2K a month on these contracts, that my lines were suspended for a mere R152!!!??

So much for being a "valued customer", clearly NOT, clearly a R152 is worth A LOT more than the R20 K we spend on these contracts per annum, clearly the fact that I'm due for upgrades on BOTH my accounts WILL NOT BE WITH VODACOM.

NO reason or excuse will ever give back the awesome time we could have had!
We will NEVER EVER get that time back, it will for ever be known as a night of absolute shock & disappointment thanks to Vodacom.

Vodacom, you took from us a lot more than a R152 in value... same will happen to you...
