I sent an email to customer services on the 9th of September 2013 regarding problems that I am having with my iPhone 5. The lock button on top of the phone does not work anymore, the battery drains after an hour or two of use and there are serious issues with the signal / reception on the phone. It has now been over 6 weeks since I sent the email and I have not had any response at all. The service at Nashua Mobile leaves little to be desired.
I am still waiting for someone to contact me regarding a billing issue that I had in February. That is 8 months ago. Nashua Mobile admitted fault and were supposed to pass a credit of over R1500 yet they just passed a R200 credit and have not bothered to come back to us, ignoring the constant emails that we have sent over the months. Please send me the correct address so that I can send a registered letter of demand for payment of the overdue credit before going to the Small Claims Court and having a summons issued.
