I cannot believe this... AGAIN

Here we go AGAIN!!! On the 11th June I spoke to Marayna, Bonkosi in accounts and then Gadisele in data, to sort out the R601 which is supposedly still owing by me. Firstly I have paid vodacom for ALL my usage to date by EFT and will be paying R 2862-87 for this month. I WILL NOT lodge a debit order until such time as I get a CORRECT bill from vodacom!! Vodacom has now, ONCE AGAIN suspended my lines, after assuring me that SOMEONE will come back to me after my NUMEROUS calls AGAIN on the 11th. I am still waiting for someone to CALL, and NOW MY LINES ARE SUSPENDED!!! I ask you with tears in my eyes... WHY??? I resorted to phoning AGAIN this morning and lost my temper... this is what your customers are having to resort to!!! So Cindy I do apologise for swearing during our conversation... but I am at the end of my tether with Vodacom... once again!!! PLEASE, PLEASE tell me what I am supposed to do??? Why do we have to resort to these measures to get ANYTHING SORTED OUT WITH VODACOM???
