I have been experiencing poor connectivity and internet signal strength over the past few weeks. I contacted the call centre and weas advised to purchase a flat panel antenna which I did, I was told that the area I live in should receive good signal as there is a base station in the vicinity. The antenna has made very little difference. What bothers me is that I have asked for further advice from them in the form of four emails (on their website contact platform as well as directly to their help desk.) I have not had an acknowledgment receipt or any kind of response whatsoever. I have recently renewed my contract and am regretting my decision. They obviously do not care about providing anty service level whatsoever.
