I want to take out a new contract at Vodacom but according to there system I'm on Itc at Transunion so I phoned Transunion and according to them I'm not on Ict. I tried to get hold of somebody at Vodacom to assist me and we're send from one department to the next till one person gave me the legal departments number. When trying to phone them it doesn't even ring. I think its pathetic for such a big company to be so disorganised.
