My handset broke this morning and in panic i emmediately dialled the mtn insurance number in order for me to lodge a claim and have my mind put at ease but then i never anticipated that i would be on the phone from 08:00 am till now at 15:00 trying to get through to a consultant on the line, my ears are burning at this point but i keep holding thinking that maybe i will get someone through but still nothing. What is the point of being aadvised of having a contact centre availalble if a person has to wait for about 12 hours on the phone trying to get help? Really this is ridiculous and i swear as soon as i get my phone fixed i am cancelling this insurance with mtn!!!
