I had my cell 'sony Ericsson' send in for repairs at a Mtn branch in Monteque Gardens Century City side...
Then it was told to me at the 'Mtn Repair Centre' that they can't help because it's not their own insurance, but they did offer the insurance when Contract was Signed.

Apparently i have to do all the calls and search for the insurance they referenced me to and fill my own claim in for 24hr Mobility mobile insurance and fax it on to them and they will see if it can be a claim or not. The hadsets 'usb' charging point is broken off entirely in the chargers point, and with a nerve the ask me if 'i broke' the point and was it negligible of me. Wow! ok. Did not see that one coming... A long way.

The claim was faxed and a R150 was expected to be paid in to, after i did all the calls, mailing, searching and driving to the place in Big Bay strand.
Mtn never phoned me to make me aware of follow ups on insurance claims, they phoned me a week later to inform me my phone is unrepairable 'highend'. I need to go to my nearest Mtn store 'any store' and just inform them that i'm collecting a new handset, from one store to another still no one can help me after 2 months and no phone. Omw.
