Good day,
am not happy with the response i have received with regards to my cellphone claim, all documens have been submitted and actioned now to be told there is no cellphones on stock (blackberry 9320).when i ask when stock will be avaliable no date given.i mean i have to wait for un-comfirmed date to get my replacement.
surely this is not client satisfactory.and when i paty for this insurance on a monthly basis i never default and say "money out of stock".
