Cell c cancel my contract on 19sept - human error!

Cell c cancel my contract on 19 sept and reconnect it 16 oct, reason was human error from cell c!!! the 22 oct they
Dt my account with R7729.44!!! need i to say why we want to leave the cell c group. always sorry human error.
we need help to stop this nonsense.
