MTN not giving me clarity on weird billing issue

2 month ago I had to do a sim swap in my data account as the normal sim did not fit in my IPad. Since then I have been charged more than the R119 for my subscription. I queried and they advised that I am sending sms's to mobile banking. So I went back to advise that I was not satisfied with that response as my sim is in my IPad... i dont even know how to send sms's from there?? I also do not use mobile banking. I asked for proper feedback, which institution does it belong to, what time etc. and they are now ignoring me.

Can someone at MTN please just tell me why my bill is bigger every month (since swap has been done). I never exceed my data allocation. If there is a feature on my Ipad that mysteriously send sms's... then tell me how to switch it off or block sms's. I have no idea how this is happening.
