Reluctant to provide correct information I request

I am very much dissapointed in the way my query is still being handled, I have paid my loan finished on 27 September 2012 and still I'm waiting for a paidup letter stating that the judgement which was put on my name be removed, I have asked since December last year that if they can send me a letter stating where the judgement was applied for, account number and the payed up letter just reflecting those details which up until 2014 February 06 have not been supplied to me. My whole financial life has been put on hold because your legal department can't resolve a simple issue. The account is paid in full so what seems to be the hickup or are you quick to blacklist and file for judgements and the clients must struggle, this is against the law since that account has been payed in full. I am sorry if your bank employes people that earn money for not doing what they are payed for.
