I had reported this query about MTN https:///mtn/complaints/so-called-liquid-damage-981787 and one of the managers only responded on hello peter, okay that is good, but now he has not contaced my boyfriend to ask him about this query.. i mean what kind of business ecthic is that, because i was under the impression that, the manager would call to sort out this matter. can somebody please tell me what is going on, I need answers or else we are taking out business elsewhere
