My New Z10 stopped working. I sent it to MTN and was told that it has some kind of liquid damage but not water. I sent a complaint to MTN on the 25/04/13 with no response to date. I also sent an email to the agent that i got the contract from with also no response. I have always been with MTN... yet I feel like taking my next contract with Cell -C.
Please action my issue.
