Tried to cancel my 8ta data contract that expires on 31 October 2013. Going in store i had my drivers license as well as account statement. After waiting for about 30 minutes the 1 employee on the floor on a Saturday (19 October) didn't even look at me and grunted how can he help while he is busy here. Explained that i wanted to cancel my contract that expires and he asked for a green bar-code id. I stated that i didn't have one with me but i had other documentation and he simply walked away. I waited and asked him again and he simply ignored me. I confronted him on his unacceptable behavior and was met with laughter and arrogance and then being ignores stating that if i don't have the documentation (id) nothing can be done. He goes by the name of "Fuzi Vufei" but i seriously doubt his surname as i struggled to get it out of him.
I think a drivers license and account statement is enough to cancel an expiring contract and the level of rudeness and embarrassment i received from this employee in front of a store full of people making me the customer with 4 8ta contracts in my family feel like i am a worthless customer is very bad and i will do my best to spread this news.
