After deducting money from my account late, 8ta tries to do it again in the same month. I gret spammed by automated voice messages and sms's with warnings about my account being cancelled if I do not pay them. When I called today, the consultant had the audacity to blame me of from them. I have no words for this that can be censored. I have NEVER up to date received any consistent service from 8ta and EVERY debit order is either late or skips over to surprise me together with the next month's every second month. I am sick and tired of customer service as well as cheeky consultants and will cancel this account tomorrow should 8ta not pull their socks up. This is totally and utterly sloppy service and I will not suggest to anyone to ever get an 8ta contract. EVER!!!
