Neotel notified our service provider today that they are moving our lines tomorrow. This severly afffects our clients (which includes banks) and our business. We can't afford down-time this time of the month. It's not the first time that Neotel has done this to us. We get "bullied" into having to adhear to their time schedule, because if we don't, we need to wait another 3 months. This is not acceptable service!
