I have been a contract customer with MTN from 2002. I was due for upgrade, i went into store on Monday 21/01/2013 and selected the new iphone 5.
The phone stopped working on Friday 25/01/2013. Aware of the Consumer Act went into the store on Monday 28/01/2013, requesting the phone be replaced, as it is brand new, the store has refused to do so. How do i enforce my rights
