9 days without ADSL

I work from home and on 8 October 2013 I had no ADSL. Eventually, after some time on the phone I was informed that it is a network error in the area's exchange. Was also told that it would not take too long to fix. The next day I phoned again and was told it can take up to a week. When I phoned yesterday the answer was that it can take up to two weeks. I ended up purchasing a Telkom Mobile data package with 2Gb. I am now on my second 2Gb data!

When will this network failure be fixed and who is going to reimburse me for the cost of the Telkom mobile data? My reference is 206CTK081013.
