can cell c please take responsibility & communicate in a proper & professional manner - every time different consultants phone me & say they will come back to be - this is really unacceptable because it is frustrating & irritating me - calling the whole time after you people and sending mail after mail - when will you sort out this matter -
Ntombi mailed me yesterday asking whether i still had trouble and i said yes, i send the the following email this morning
can you please tel me whats happening because this case is now dragging too much - and causes a lot of frustration as i has to spend so much time on phoning you people and sending mails and i don't get feedback
i am on my way to the bank to pay my account to keep me clear from all obstacles so that there can be no blame from my side
i believe that you as a company is not doing enough regarding this matter. i'm paid up to date & never skipped a payment even though i hardly had the phone which i am paying for. as i mentioned before that the phone is more in for repairs than with me - currently the phone is now almost two months with you people - this is really unacceptable -
