I purchased an afrihost broadband package. Great deal and like the month to month billing. However MTN 3G coverage is poor. My area is set with 14.4 mbps but im lucky if I get 2mbps with average 0.1mbps. I have contacted the coverage desk and ask Afrihost to do the same. Two weeks now and no update. Just the same old email saying that it has been escalated to their technician.
I feel its a poor showing from MTN and their customer support as there is no feed back about the issue or if there is any solution to the problem. Please, no more "dear valued customer" emails or these automated emails. A genuine response with a possible solution would be best.
