I have yet to receive a response from Cell C about my complaint of the 11 October 2013. Not even a call to update whether they are still busy with the investigations or not.
Cell C is quick to response on HelloPeter.com to boost their ratings on responding to clients, meanwhile in actual effect they are very bad. The answer on Hello Peter doesn't not help client if you do not actually solve the problems. It has been a week and half already and it is still very quiet.
Ruth has never called, still waiting!!!
