My cellphone contract at another telecommunications operator recently expired and I chose to change to Telkom Mobile. I went into the Tygervalley store and within 15 minutes had my new phone and contract.
I asked to port and within three days it still had not gone through, I emailed Regan (van Staden) and he responded within a few hours, keeping me up to date with everything along the way and within the next few days my number was ported. Compared to service I have received from other providers I was very impressed with the constant communication and effort put in to get this sorted.
