They value spending limit rules than life

@TelkomMobile - you can only increase your spening limits once in a month like they are giving it to us for free. I predicted that this will happened and i told the call centre agent. This is the first month i couldnt pay my account and i called them to explain my problem so i can make an arrangement. Im a good customer with a good track record. My doctor booked me to work half the normal time, due to my weekness. Im someone on a wheelchair. My salary got cut into half too. Now im sick alone at the flat but the #telkommobile agents even team managers dont care about my life. All they care about is business rules. Sir, we cant help you. Die and we'll here about it in the morning. You can only increase your spending limits once in a month. Who pays the account???
