After the expirt of a sub-contract (from previou special where a sub contract was attched to a mian account), we wanted to move the sub account onto my name.
After enquiring about all the required forms we set of to the Alberton City MTN store (April 2013). 2 weeks later they contacted me that the paperwork was incomplete, and I had to return to complete more forms, even though on previous visit it was confirmed to be completed.
After receiving no billing for 2 months, a follow up to the MTN call centre (808), confirmed that it has not yet been done. Feedback is I must go back to the store. This will not suffice as obvisouly the store is too incompetent to process it, and the incompetence seem to run through MTN's client services division.
