Ridiculous Service!!!

I received a letter from the legal department on the 23 August 2013 advising that the account has been paid up and that my Bureau record will be updated accordingly, Up until today the record has not been updated and I need my name to be cleared, It funny that when they list you the do it without thinking twice but take forever to clear a name on ITC
