None of your automated prompts are helping me this is an ongoing 2 YEAR problem with my voice mails I am sick and tired of listening to an absolute waste of time computer prompts you have cost me I whole lot of wasted time and money from my business your adverts are soooooo wrong they in NO way portray an accurate company image I have had no help and this has been on going for 2YEARS I have tried to be sooooo patient with cell c, but I guess you will helps rude fussy customer over a patient one??? I am utterly disappointed with cell c, I guess all you need is for People to sign up for 2 years get tied into a 2 year contract I will not recommend you to anyone and it's not as if I can say I spoke to someone cause all your customer care details lead to no human contact whatsoever...
