Impossible to port my numbe

On Friday my contract expired with Autopage and I applied for a contract directly at Cell C. And so the fun began. Friday the port was declined 3 times and every time it was the same error, my account number or ID number was incorrect. So every time I called Cell C and they corrected everything on their side, but still the port was declined!!! Saturday the exercise began all over, called them more than 3 times and every time the same story. The consultant from Cell C also called and confirmed that all the information that he had was correct as per Autopage. Needless to say the port department does not work on weekends and the consultant said it must be a glitch in the system. Ok so the battle began a fresh this Morning and guess what, the port was declined again with all the same reasons although Autopage sent through a request that the port be excepted and escalated. All I want to do is port my number is that to MUCH to ask for. Is there NO competent people their that can HELP me! I tried to explain the problem to a number of consultants but the one knows less than the other and the only answer they can give me is what is on the system.

Please help, because this is unacceptable.
