My name is Philani R Ngcobo and I would like to cancel the service with immediate effect, and request the refund of all my money debited as i did not received any money from you
The product is not what was explained to me (was told of the once of fee, which I was charged, and also i will be charged interest for every amount used) but now I'm being charged every month without using any money. and the service is not user friendly as I never able to use it and the agent fail to assist.
i have email the cancellation request as the contact center agent has advise i hope that too will be done the soonest
