Very unhappy client

I decided to upgrade. On the day of collection my phone did not work - it had no sound whatsoever. It was a LG. It was within the warranty period and they took the phone back and advise I had to wait 14 work days - that is also another problem for another day. After 3 weeks I went back. They could not pick up the details. The phone details was wrong. The confront me - if i really handed in the phone. in the meantime they have been deducting money from my acount 3 times. With my confidence low in LG I request to change the phone, they argeed. The manager was Riaan, he resigned - YEAH. They told me I will be able to take another phone even if it is more. The upgraded contract still need to come into affect so they can stop it and simply open a new one - ALL . Anyway i agree picked a phone, like a FOOL - costs was even more. They told me 2more weeks, ended up waiting 3more weeks. When i got there I had to wait again 2 hours just to be told i have to pay R3100 to cancel the contract - Take it or leave it. The consultant said we did NOTHING wrong. No sherlock - I still hv no phone nd u taking my money. All I ask, cancel one and i take another - Im not leaving Not too much 2ask
