After complaining about being without my Call Waiting for about four months, and making a complaint on HelloPeter, I have been inundated with calls from Telkom asking me whether the people with whom I have been communicating have understood the concept of what was wrong etc. I said that they had all been wonderful, but that it certainly didn't help when the problem had STILL not been resolved. After telling the man yesterday that it had been about 4 months, he said to me "Can I put 10 weeks? " I just told him to put whatever he liked, but just get my Call Waiting working. He asked why I gave such a low rating to Telkom after giving high ratings to the staff with whom I spoke, and I just sighed in exasperation - BECAUSE THE PROBLEM HAS STILL NOT BEEN SORTED OUT!!!
