I just don't have the time and energy to keep on going back to the repair centre and borrowing other people's spare phones and to wait so long.
I can send you :
1.) Despatch Note for JOB 9263667 - clearly it states the problem in detail (and I bought a new BB battery - not fong kong -and proved it was not the battery)
2.) a screen grab my daughter did showing that the same problem is still there last night when I got home.
I don't understand how replacing a part called: "main lens" and doing a "software upgrade" is going to fix this charging problem? Surely there is a problem with the charging meganism?
How many times must i hand this phone in? - I honestly am just so tired of this phone that I've had problems with since I got it.
Now I must take time off again go back give it in again wait 10 days and HOPE its fixed this time?
I'm at a stage where i will cancel my debit order hand in the phone and sim card and take the legal route. Yes i signed a contract but surely I have rights just as must as you do.
