I have been a vodacom customer for over 8 years and at the point where i actually needed help i get different answers from different agents. The last nail on the coffin was when i asked an Agent by the name of Lesego to put me through to the after call survey so i can rate his service he hung up on me (this call was on the 17th of October 2014 at15:49) like Tinyiko on Monday. I upgraded my phone on the 28th of May 2014, mind you i have two contracts with you guys which i pay a lot of money for. When i upgraded i used a blackberry phone which i was paying the Bis on two phones, four month later i realise they are still billing me on both phones for it, now i called the call center initially to query this they then referred me to the vodacom shop at lakeside where i initially took the upgrade. I was helped by a great gentlemen by the name of Jonathan who then advised me i will be reimbursed. Then i get an Sms telling me that the credit for R 207.00 will be passed on my account. now 59 multiplied by two phone for 4 months is surely not that figure. I then called and queried this and i got an sms telling me its been logged and i will be contacted in 2448 hours, its Thursday noresponse
