Repairs and non existent customer service

My wife booked in my Nokia 300 for a software upgrade, when I was called to collect, the device now has a burnt motherboard (device was just slow when booked). I requested the head office number from the dark of complexion, chubby (for lack of a better word), colored man who assisted me as I wanted to take it further. His response was that it is no business of head office and his word was final. I contacted the number received from the directory (041-6751547) and was referred to 081180.
I called them and was referred to Johannes Delport (041-3630047) where the phone just rang. I then got a number for the Area Manager, Zoliswa but spoke to Marina who the gave me the number for Craig Botha (0812332180). Now why must I call all these people? It's simply ridiculous!!!
