Dear Cell C, why have you not withdrawn or re-published your October Catalogue. In your catalogue you clearly state on many Android devices that you can download bbm "now", when in fact this is not the case, this is false advertising. Yes I know that this is probably printed way in advance but then a reprint or even an apology has to be made to all the customers who are purposefully buying Android Devices for BBM due to your advertising campaign. As an IT professional I have to then explain to YOUR customers why BBM is not yet ready as they only went for these devices based on your advertising and never got told about the wait they have to now incur. I feel that I should not be playing the role of Cell C's customer service.
