2nd time in a 30 day period that we are without a phone and ADSL - first time 9 days and no 7 days already. Every time they tell me that that it will take 2 days to fix it. They gave me a no of mr Chauke 0118153038 to phone this morning but he does not answer. So sick and tired of poor service. They are not doing me a favour!! I am paying for my service.
