Awful client service

I went in to see if I could upgrade 3 days before the upgrade date on the system, as my current phone is pretty buggered. The young man who assisted me, was patronising and seemed annoyed with my request. He kept saying that he can't do anything as the system wouldn't allow it and he said it wouldn't even help to phone head office. I told him that it was a pity he was sacrificing personal client service to a computer system and I left. He did not even bother to talk to me about specials or offer to keep out a handset. He just had a bad, bad attitude that served to aggravate me greatly. I immediately phoned head office when i got home and they did my upgrade within 15 minutes. I will never deal with the Brandwag branch again! It's a shame that a loyal client of 10 years was treated like this.
