I logged a billing enquiry on the 27 September. I was promised a response within 72 hours. After 4 days I visited the Canal Walk branch to enquire about the case, was told to continue waiting as the case was still under investigation. I've been tweeting requests for feedback, emailing and calling however Telkom Mobile BLATANTLY refuses to budge from withholding feedback. 72 HOURS vs 19 DAYS???
How long will it finally take for Telkom to put value to the business it receives from its South African customers??
