Incorrect billing of internet account usage

The past two months from the month of May (9th of May) we have received an internet bill firstly of 7900.00 and Telkom was notified and investigation was logged we have had no feedback at all and then again in July we have received a billing for 5000.00 and the May account was not fixed it does not help to phone them they cant give feedback we even have to take out the simcard but the forensic investigation was never logged and we have been phoning for 2 months and got no feedback - this was all telephonically

but we went into Telkom branch in Kempton Park as well they were very helpful and said it was ridiculous and that the account was actually in a credit and not to worry, I phoned two days after and they said the account was still in credit.

I got an sms yesterday and we are in arrears with 4463.06 and that we need to pay that, I phoned today and the lady was very unhelpful and said she logged it again and that's it the ref nr was 26968150 and I spoke to Tedello at Telkom.

we are so fed-up and we are really not getting any feedback and the service was ridiculously bad they aren't doing anything about this and we are trying our best to find out.
